Our app requests access to your device's camera.

  • Purpose: We use the camera solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes to pair with your Keybe account.
  • Storage: We do not record, save, or transmit any video or image data from your camera to our servers or third parties. All processing of the camera feed for QR code recognition happens locally on your device in real-time.

2.2 Biometric Data

Our app uses your device's biometric authentication features (FaceID/TouchID).

  • Purpose: To securely authorize login requests.
  • Storage: We do not have access to your raw biometric data. All biometric validation is handled by the device's operating system (iOS/Android). We only receive a "success" or "failure" signal from the OS.

2.3 Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications to your device.

  • Data Collected: Firebase may collect your Instance ID to determine which device to send a message to.
  • Purpose: To deliver authentication requests (push notifications) to your device.
